We want your HappyDog experience to be a very good one! That's why we'll never charge you any shipping fees at checkout. $0. We believe it's a much happier shopping experience when you don't have to worry about shipping costs :)

HappyDog works with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products that will bring happiness to you and your dog. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order and they should reach you in between 7 - 30 days. However, some parcels may be delayed (i.e., 30+ days) due to holidays, bad weather or other reasons. Shipments to rural or remote locations may take longer to arrive due to logistical limitations.

***Christmas / Holiday Season: We cannot guarantee that you'll receive your package(s) by Christmas Eve (Dec 24) if you order your package after November 15th, thanks for your understanding***

*** Upon further notice, due to COVID-19, packages shipped through Canada Post may be delayed for longer and could take more than 30 days to arrive. We do not expect this to persist ***

HappyDog does not manufacture any products in Canada. Our headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada and we are a Canadian company. We do not have any physical brick-and-mortar stores. We are a 24/7 online store.

We will stay in contact with you about the status of your order until it arrives and you're happy. We offer a Refund Policy after you receive your item. Learn more

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times through our Order Status page. 

If your order status says "Order Ready", no action is needed - your order is ready in the warehouse and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Once it does, your order status will change and it will show as "In Transit" on the order status page. You'll also receive an automated email.

Once in e.g. Canada, your tracking information may show the same status for 2-7 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. After clearing customs you will see your tracking information update regularly. If there are no additional updates with your tracking after 7-10 days please email us at info@TheHappyDog.ca.

Your products may be shipped from different locations within our supplier network around the world (e.g. from within China). If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified as it is already in transit, and on its way to you.

Worldwide Shipping: HappyDog ships products to eight countries around the world: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and Hong Kong. If you don't see your country here, please contact us at info@TheHappyDog.ca and we'll try our best to arrange shipment

Shipping Options: We ship you products from our suppliers using the "ePacket" format, which is a fast and affordable shipping option for light packages. ePacket shipments are trackable from our suppliers to your door (you'll receive a tracking # after you place an order).

Cost of Shipping: We don't charge you any shipping fees at checkout. $0 shipping. We'll take care of it!

Duration of Shipping: Expect 7 - 30 working days. But some parcels may be delayed (i.e., 30+ days) due to holidays, bad weather or other reasons. We'll try our best to get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible.

Duties: You are are responsible for any duties (including VAT), if they arise, imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges that you may incur. Also, please be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs will delay the transit time of some packages.
