HappyDog works with suppliers around the world. The products you purchase may be shipped from different locations within our supplier network around the world (e.g. from within China). If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times.

- Shipped Confirmation: Your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you

HappyDog works with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products that will bring happiness to you and your dog. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order and they should reach you in between 7 - 30 days. Some parcels may be delayed due to holidays, bad weather or other reasons.

Ordered: Confirmation you have placed the order, and that the supplier has been notified to fulfill within 1-3 days

Order Ready: Order has been fulfilled, and is ready in the warehouse to be dispatched via carrier

In Transit: Order has been picked up by the carrier and the shipment is on the way to the sorting center

Out for Delivery: Order has passed through the sorting center, and the carrier is now delivering the package to you

Delivered: The carrier has delivered the package to your home, and marks the order as "Delivered"

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at

If your order status is "Order Ready", it means it is ready in the warehouse but still awaiting shipment and will ship soon. No further action is needed.

Once in e.g. Canada, your tracking information may show the same status for 2-7 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. For example, it might still show as "handed over to airline". After clearing customs you will see your tracking information update regularly again. If there are no additional updates with your tracking after 7-10 days please email us at

HappyDog is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of HappyDog to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.

This is normal. If you ordered multiple, different items, you will receive each of them separately. If you ordered multiple of the same item, they will ship together.
